Update 2022-03-17: Comment by Stefan
Some people prefer to have a certain acoustic environment in order to be in an efficient mood for working on tasks. This might be silence, some kind of background noises or a louder sound environment.
In case you prefer silence, you should read my article on noise reducing methods I can recommend. If you want to design your own background noise, you can use services like I Miss My Bar or mobile apps like noisli which I also like.
Today, I stumbled over something that does not only give you an acoustic environment. With Room to Think by reMarkable, you can choose between six different mood-setting videos that are designed to set your mood in a specific way.
Of course, you can also turn on any similar video that works for you.
Anyway, I do think that this is an interesting idea, although I seem to prefer silence or a very decent background from noisli.

Additional recommendations:
@noisli: Currently I experiment with "mynoise.net" for this, it appears to be similar but free (maybe a bit more experimental as it is developed by a sound engineer).
@Room to Think: I can recommend searching for "writing room ambience" or "Soundscape" or similar terms on YouTube.
