John Mason send me an email with an excellent point: Virtual Private Networks (VPN) do offer a similar service than TOR and its TOR browser:
A while back I did some research on different privacy tools and found out that one of the best alternatives for Tor is using a VPN.
VPN is much faster and more secure than TOR, though it also has it's own cons.

Since you mentioned PrivacyTools.io on your page here, I thought that our in-depth comparison might be another resource that is helpful to your readers.
I did not use or compare VPN services. I put it on my long-term list.
