Easier Setup and Update for Lazyblorg

Show Sidebar

Today I published a set of improvements for my blog software lazyblorg so that basic setup and software updates are smoothly done.

Setup and configuration is now mostly done only within the config.py file.

You should not need to modify the templates in blog-format.org any more as long as you are OK with the default HTML page structure.

I also added more comments to example_invocation.sh and updated the README.org so that it is up-to-date with the latest changes.

There are many things to improve and awesome features are still in the pipeline. However, so far I am very proud of the cool feature-set that lazyblorg already provides. Meanwhile, there is no essential feature missing any more since I do think that navigating through tags makes more sense than navigating through a normal calendar-based archive.

If you are using lazyblorg to generate your blog as well, please drop me a line and say hello. :-)
