This week, I was in [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linz][Linz]], [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Upper_Austria][the capital of upper Austria]] and the third largest city in Austria after Vienna and [[id:tags-graz][Graz]].

Linz has a very nice historic center, lots of shops and awesome
restaurants. In recent time, [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ilVoxX7MDGc][their advertisement video]] caused some
discussions within Austria. Many cultural events take place in Linz.
The most famous is [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ars_Electronica][Ars Electronica]]. In 2009, Linz was [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Capital_of_Culture][European Capital
of Culture]] just like Graz was in 2003.

One of the things they did in 2009 was [[http://www.hoehenrausch.at/][Höhenrausch]] which might
translates with "high-altitude euphoria".
I visited Höhenrausch this week because it will be discontinued afterwards.

Höhenrausch consists of [[http://www.hoehenrausch.at/kuenstlerinnen/][a series of art pieces]]. Video installations,
pictures, photographs, hardware installations, and interactive games.

Furthermore, there are wooden paths high above the ground, on the top
of the buildings and inside the roof of an old church.
