Despite many other opinions, email was and will be our most versatile dominant business communication tool. Given the generic concept, its users do have many degrees of freedom to use emails. This opens up space for inefficient use and even mis-use.
Being very much into PIM, optimizing email workflows is an integral part of my optimization process.
